OVERVIEW

New Heritage Holdings Ltd. (Stock Code: 95) was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the 2nd December 2005. Established in the 80's, New Heritage Group has been principally engaged in property development and property investment business in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), focussing mainly in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, and, through investment in an associated company, in property investment business in Beijing.

Suzhou - The Ideal Market

Operating in key development areas in Suzhou, including Suzhou New District, Wuzhong District and Wujiang District, the Group has established a distinct geographical presence in the greater municipality. For our initial Suzhou Garden Villa project, the New District government has been a local partner and continues to give recognition to the Group’s contribution to the remarkable growth and development of their district.
