The Group acquired a prime residential site in Shengze Town, Wujiang City, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province in November 2007.  It is situated on the east shore of the Long Zhong Lake in Shengze Town which is a main silk and textile production centre in China. The project, was developed in four phases, had a site area of around 86,200sq.m. and comprised 86 low-density townhouses and 14 blocks of high-rise residential buildings with a total gross floor area of around 154,480 sq.m. including some complementary commercial/retail facilities.

Construction work started in 2009. Phase 1, four blocks of high-rise residential buildings with 40,980 sq.m. gross floor area, was completed at the end of 2010.  Phase 2, another four blocks of about 35,900 sq.m., were delivered at the end of 2011.  Phase 3 commenced piling work in Apr 2011, and its 19,400 sq.m. low-density townhouses were completed in late 2012.  Phase 4 comprises six blocks of high-rise apartment towers of gross floor area of around 58,200 sq.m., was completed in 2014.
