The project includes residential and commercial properties of gross floor area of 45,500sq.m. and 16,500sq.m. respectively. The residential portion consists of nine blocks of six-to eleven-storey high apartments , a clubhouse and a basement car park. The commercial portion，in the form of two 11-storey blocks, comprises 206 SOHO units and 12 retail units with a gross floor area of approximately 10,429 sq.m. and 5,538 sq.m., respectively.
Construction started in November 2006 and was completed in the first quarter of 2010.
