With the economic take-off in the PRC came a new class of mainland Chinese who became increasingly fastidious about the quality of their dwellings. Anticipating the shift in the market trends, in 2002 the Group initiated a new property development project, named Suzhou Garden Court.
Positioned to capitalise on the seachange that was beginning to sweep through the PRC property market, Suzhou Garden Court aimed to provide its residents with a classy living environment, a leisurely lifestyle, and comprehensive, one-stop facilities and services. Low-rise apartments and duplexes complemented by appealing landscapes and a full range of value-added amenities including a fitness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and different shops, introduced a quality of life befitting the refined Chinese generation of the 21st century.
This project comprises of 10 blocks of low-rise residential buildings, a residential and commercial complex, and seven townhouses total gross floor area is about 59,346sq.m. The whole complex was completed in Dec 2004.
