A Pioneer Developer

New Heritage has been a pioneer property developer and investor in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) since 1978. Its projects have always aimed to be meaningful and beneficial to the local community and incorporated forward-thinking design concepts.

We have developed from the ground up mixed-use projects with hotel, office and retail components as well as purely residential or commercial buildings. We also co-developed and co-invested with strategic partners across the globe and have also acted in the capacity of joint-venture partner, lead developer or limited partner.

Our development projects in the PRC have won prestigious awards by some of their architects and we have actively participated in urban planning and urban design consultations with various local municipalities in the PRC as an important part of our community-benefit belief.
